  • What are your biggest sellers?
    We stock a number of items from a long list of suppliers, and our stock is constantly changing with a fast turnaround.
  • Do you sell gift vouchers?
    Yes, we sell £10 and £25 gift vouchers that can be redeemed in store.
    Our vouchers are presented in a lovely box, to make a nice present.
    Unfortunately we are not able to redeem these vouchers online yet.

  • Will you be getting an item back in stock?
    If the supplier has it in stock, we can order it. Others we like to keep exclusive so once they have sold out its highly like that we won’t be ordering it again.
  • The item I ordered was not available for delivery?
    We aim to provide you with the items you have purchased, however in rare occurrences the exact item may not be available. We will contact you directly if this happens,
  • What sizes do you stock?
    We aim to stock sizes covering 8 to 22, in UK sizes. Some ranges may be one size only, we will provide a size range for these items however can not guarantee it will fit as expected.
  • An item in my order was damaged on arrival, how can I exchange it?

  • What is your returns policy?
    For in store purchases, you will have to come in store to return the item. For online purchases you will need to complete the returns request form and return the item by post.
